Keep screenshots and correspondence. If the score affects price, cancellation or another important policy decision and you believe the insurer has not dealt with the problem properly, follow its formal complaints procedure rather than repeatedly reopening the same app chat.
You are entitled to ask how an apparently wrong result arose
A useful challenge identifies the journey and the part of the score you dispute. Saying that the app is unfair is much harder to investigate than pointing to a specific road where the speed limit is mapped incorrectly.
