Use a speed that suits visibility, traffic, weather and the road layout. A telematics score should reward broadly sensible behaviour, but even if an algorithm prefers gentleness, your first duty is to drive predictably and safely.
Very slow is not the same as very safe
Driving well below an appropriate speed without reason can frustrate other road users and create overtaking pressure. It can also lead to hesitant junction decisions and sudden acceleration afterwards.
